1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this site, uploading documents, or purchasing credits you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any referenced policies. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

We provide an online PDF translation workflow that uploads your file to our servers, sends it to third-party AI or machine translation providers, and returns single-column and dual-column PDF outputs. Translation speed and quality depend on the source file legibility, layout complexity, and the upstream AI vendor you select.

3. Accounts and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to upload malicious files, infringing content, or documents that you are not legally authorized to process. You may not probe or reverse engineer the service, attempt to bypass credit enforcement, or resell access without written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, pose security risks, or misuse promotional credits. Suspended accounts remain responsible for previously incurred charges.

4. Translation Quality & Professional Use

Machine translation is inherently probabilistic. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that the output will be error-free or suitable for every context. You must independently review and proofread every translated file—especially legal, medical, financial, or other professional materials. We are not liable for losses, penalties, or damages that result from relying on unverified translations.

If your document contains industry-specific terminology, formatting requirements, or compliance obligations, you bear the sole responsibility to validate the output before distribution or filing. The service is provided “as is” without professional certification or human linguistic review.

5. Credit System, Billing & Refunds

The platform operates on prepaid credits. Credits expire 2 years after purchase unless otherwise stated. All purchases are final once credits are delivered to your account. Because translation capacity is provisioned on demand, we do not offer refunds for unused credits, partially translated documents, or dissatisfaction with AI output.

Refund requests are only considered when (a) we fail to deliver any translation due to a verified platform outage, and (b) the request is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; we do not refund promotional or gifted credits.

Taxes, currency conversion fees, or bank charges are your responsibility. You authorize us to store limited billing information through our payment processor for recurring credit bundles or subscriptions when enabled.

6. Document Handling & Data Retention

Uploaded files are stored temporarily in encrypted object storage to complete your translation variants. Unless you delete them earlier, we automatically purge source files and generated PDFs according to our retention policy outlined in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping backup copies; we do not guarantee permanent storage.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the documents you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit your content solely for providing the service. We retain all rights to our platform, user interface, workflows, and generated metadata.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for credits in the preceding ninety (90) days, or (b) one hundred (100) US dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, reputation, or regulatory penalties stemming from translation errors.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, and service providers harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, uploaded content, or violation of these terms.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time with notice if we believe you breached these terms, engaged in fraud, or created risk to other users. You may terminate your account at any time; unused credits will remain available until expiration, but no refunds are issued.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through courts having appropriate jurisdiction in that venue.
